Jason Loh CEO

Jason Loh is the chief executive officer of Robina, Incorporated.  Under Mr. Loh’s leadership, Robina has significantly expanded its US presence in laminate flooring products, and established itself as a quality supplier.  Mr. Loh's management strategy combines strategic acquisitions, strong logistical partnerships, and the development of private label accounts.  Notably, in 2005, Mr. Loh pioneered new internet sales channels for Robina products, which are now a major driving force of the company.  Coupling ongoing innovations in business processes and product development with an unyielding commitment to quality service, Robina is poised to continue its trajectory of growth in the US market.

Mr. Loh brings to Robina a wealth of knowledge, both as a corporate leader and as an experienced entrepreneur.  Prior to Robina, Mr. Loh founded Redwood Trading Group, an importer of building materials and accessories.  As the president of Redwood, Mr. Loh successfully guided the company to multi-million dollar sales within two years.  In the corporate world, Mr. Loh had ample experience consulting for major Fortune 100 financial services and high technology clients as a management consultant with both BearingPoint and Andersen Consulting.  In his native Singapore, Mr. Loh holds a commission as an infantry officer in the Singapore Armed Forces.  He served as a rifle platoon commander and held various battalion and brigade level appointments.

Mr. Loh completed his undergraduate studies in industrial administration as well as his graduate degree in information systems at Carnegie Mellon University.  In his commitment to continued self enrichment, Mr. Loh has also completed various certificate programs in finance and revenue management at the Harvard Business School and Cornell University.

Jimmy Yeh CFO

Robina Inc is pleased to have Jimmy Yeh with the company in the position of Chief Financial Officer. Jimmy has extensive experience, both domestically and internationally, in development of a variety of financial, internal control and tax strategies.

Prior to joining Robina, Jimmy was Vice President of Classen USA and helped to launch the European-based company in the United States. He played a significant role in establishing and overseeing all aspects of financial management in order to serve large buying groups as well as smaller accounts within the floor covering industry.

A Certified Public Accountant with a Masters degree in accounting, Jimmy also has broad public accounting experience in auditing, accounting and taxation.

Gunar Overbeck COO

His professional background includes tenures at companies like DaimlerChrysler Corporation in Germany and Classen USA. Gunar states that “Robina Inc is a very forward thinking company. Mr. Overbeck was born and raised in Germany where he finished his associates degree in business with DaimlerChrysler AG.

Gunar Overbeck moved to the United States in 2004 and obtained his BA in Management in 2006 and his MBA in International Management in 2007.
Mr. Overbeck is also certified other management fields including PMP Certification.
